    THELOADEDDRAGON'S 2009 Outdoor

hey the most recent pics show up just great. I don't think you need a new camera or a new photoshop program. The plants look all sparkly and juicyand I can just about smell them from here. So what about the aforementioned mushrooms in pic 6? I don't do psychedelics anymore, but cook with...

    Tasmanian Papaver Somniferum

So, how did that crop work out? An update would be great. Poppies grow like wildflowers here in Northern California. I just sorta broadcast mine yesterday in various areas for the floral appeal. But it's my first attempt. I really like the plants that grow like WEEDS!! Will update in Spring.

Sweet Smoke from my Fiskers and Fingers

Here's an after pic of the bowl I kept full of alcohol to soak my two pair of Fiskars and resin from my sticky fingers. Did three plants, let the alcohol evaporate, and voila ~ best high I've had in years. Finally pain free, floating, and happy as can be. :weed: What do you call the stuff that...

Blue Cheese, PPP, Thai SS...Jerry's Second Grow

Hi - just wandered into your journal this morning. I'm a newbie, and just finishing up my second outdoor grow. I am surprised at the size of your plants - are those 4" pots they are in? I was under the impression that what grows above the soil reflects the root structure - but seeing your plants...

    Not Too Sure About This.

We grew hops for the first time this year - very successful. Curious about the grafting though - the Hops were done long before our MJ, so not sure if the vine would sustain the weed long enough. Not that I'm going to try it, just an intellectual (??) hypothesis from a non-aggie. We WILL...

I stumbled on a good trick!!

Had to pull some plants because of storm damage last week. Since it's just me and a couple pairs of Fiskars I couldn't get to all of them as quickly as I would have liked, and did not like how they were drying up before I could get to the trim. So I cut the branches, and stuck them in vases of...

combining veggies and mary in the same room

yes, it's true. We grew in the veggie garden, and with the tomatoes all but gone the MJ plants are quite visible, though you have to take a walk to the garden away from the house . But you can sure SMELL the MJ as soon as you get to my driveway. And we only have 6 plants! Nothing could hide that...

    THELOADEDDRAGON'S 2009 Outdoor

So glad to hear everyone and everything is pretty healthy! I think I read somewhere in your journal about budworms. Someone had the misfortune, and you commented you didn't have that problem. Seem to remember you had used garlic, and if so, how did you use it?? (or did I make that whole...

Question for next year...Garlic vs Worms, or what?

Being a newbie, we didn't pay enough attention to the worms that got into our plants until we started trimming this week. Couple plants are pretty bad with them. 1) What is the best way to prevent them, 2) and then deal with them once they've infested? Thanks for your sage advice ~
