Nice grow it def looks healthy... What type of lighting cycle did you do before 12/12 and has it steadily grown since changing the times?

My plants are about 16 days old right now and tomorrow Im going to transplant them into larger pots. Im going to use the same soil type as before but I was going to add perilite... is that OK? or would it be a shock to the plants? Thanks...
