thanks man, they are CF Grow dimmable cree cob leds. Not the cheapest but damn are they cool n quite, Very well built and apparently "true" 200 watters, 100 watts each cob. You can buy them on amazon or cheaper on alibaba

Forgot to mention I swapped the bulky 400 watt led for two seperate 200 watters. This allows me to placd them directly above each plant and space them out nicely. Very happy with the switchout.
