Crinkle Kush Clone Grow

Hey guys got two clones of crinkle kush, no clue about anything else flipped them into 12/12 just four weeks ago today after I got the clones to about 10-11 inches from soil level.

I originally had them in a 2x4 tent with two cheap amazon led lights. One has the purple/blue hue to it and my weaker one has a natural sun colour hue. Both are in 5-gallon pots I did a late transplant second week of flower.

Just today I got a 5x5 tent and will be getting a 400 watt cob led light to get things going nicely. I use some advanced nutrients products since I've been in bloom specifically connoisseur bloom, bud candy, and big bud. Gonna post some pictures at 3 weeks in my old tent and a few pictures I took today right after placing in my new tent.

The new light is in. She's a heavy beach so I have to set it without being able to move it up and down. So I got some buckets after I took this picture to help raise the plants a bit.

Day 25 of 12/12 tied down some of the main tops to let some light pass into lower growth. Rotating the plants and really spacing out the watering. Using about 4-5 gallons of water per plant and watering once a week on average.

Hey guys approaching the end of week 4 flower here and couldn't be happier with how they are looking and smelling. Heading out for the weekend so I gave them an early watering to hold them over.

Week 6 day 44 of flower. Pulled back tucked and trimmed to get the inner popcorns some light. Lowered the lights aswell about an inch. It killed me to cut so many leaves but I want to see the resualts of a late defoliation. Anyways pics belowIMG_20180725_110032.jpg IMG_20180725_110024.jpgIMG_20180725_105942.jpg little nute burn showing its first stages and a fellow member of the site recomend I drop the nitrogen and flush so thats the plan.IMG_20180725_110007.jpg IMG_20180725_110015.jpg

Forgot to mention I swapped the bulky 400 watt led for two seperate 200 watters. This allows me to placd them directly above each plant and space them out nicely. Very happy with the switchout.IMG_20180725_161341.jpg IMG_20180725_161324.jpg

Alrighty start of week 7 flower. Buds finally look like they are swelling up. Gave them a mini flush during week 6 due to nute burn I noticed and now were back to feeding them but only did 2/3 recomended dosage not full strength. I want to gauge how they react and adjust after that. Raised the lights a bit too, perhaps they were a little close. I took a few pics of the plants out of the tent. Plant #1(right side in first pic) This plant started off way smaller but grew into a nicely shapped little tree although still smaller then plant #2. I didnt top it as many times if I remember correctly. Plant #2 has much weaker stems and it fans out alot wider. Little harder to get proper light to it but I think it will yield a bit more. I spread all the main colas to get light in the middle so #2 is low and wide.IMG_20180730_094849.jpg IMG_20180730_094906.jpg IMG_20180730_094912.jpg IMG_20180730_095015.jpg IMG_20180730_092417.jpg

A few close up, wondering if the first two pics the leaves are showing led burn? This is part of the reason for moving them up two inches.IMG_20180730_094952.jpg IMG_20180730_094943.jpg IMG_20180730_095022.jpg IMG_20180730_092534.jpg IMG_20180730_092513.jpg IMG_20180730_092521.jpg IMG_20180730_092503.jpg IMG_20180730_092430.jpg IMG_20180730_092338.jpg

So plant 2 definitely ain't liking the amount of nitrogen in advanced nutrients connoisseur. Even after a mini flush and dialed back dosage more of the leaves are showing a nitrogen burn. Even plant 1 has it a tad. My soil must be really hot with it maybe I overdid it or maybe the plants just don't want it. This abundance of nitrogen probably led to the buds taking there time swelling up. Picture of where they are now week 7 at 47 days of flower. Alrighty ladies n gentz. Week 8 has begun. Things are coming along alright besides plant #2 nitrogen toxicity. This really seemed to slow down the bud swelling. Plant #1 is much thicker and healthier looking and it started off much smaller. This was my 3rd grow and first time using advanced nutrients and lesson learned. Less is definitely more when it comes to feeding plants. Don't let that soil get too hot. Flushed #2 with 3 gallons of distilled water and tomorrow I will water both plants flawless finish from advanced nutrients and see how that goes. I'm thinking maybe even the heavy defoliation I did forced my nutrients into what remaining leaves I left and just burnt them. Either way let's hope we get a nice speedy recovery after another flush. The plants are drinking up the water fast so they must still be hungry.

Besides the buds being small the hairs and THC are starting to look pretty much harvestable. Loads of cloudy trichs on the top buds. doing a little more studying the issues what I thought were Nitrogen(N) abundance seem to be more potassium(K) related. This in turn is what caused interesting discoloring in the leaves and a very slow flower, because the zinc, magnesium and calcium are effected. 303_0-02249700-1433803524_cannabisposter4000.jpg

Week 8 just watered them with plain water still not feeding them anything. The deficiencies are causing some cool colours bud damn I swear the buds aren't growing whatsoever IMG_20180807_085849.jpg IMG_20180807_085946.jpg IMG_20180807_090550.jpg IMG_20180808_103908.jpg
