its really not expensive, Shop around ,Craigs,eBay, etc. I put my ENTIRE setup together for under $150

Have a exact size in mind and ask if they sell pieces that size or if they have a scrap box you can dig thru. Also try car audio shops, ones that build custom speaker boxes. if they dont have any scraps they can probably point you in the right direction.

The place I found is 20 minutes from me, a 8x8 piece cost me $10.50. Try eBay. Or as a last resort, go down to Lowe's and get 4- 1/8" pieces of lexan, drill em and bolt them together.
