Autos can flower under ANY light, but all seem to agree that a 20/ 4 is the best & I agree. U dont want to transplant an auto cause its usually too much stress for them, as for what ur growing, I dont know anything about it, sorry. Best of luck to u

At that distance u have the plant will stretch too much causing long branches with nothing, u will cut down ur bud production... U want them as close as u can without causing heat stress or burns, just play around with it & u will find ur happy medium..
