well start off using a little underfeeding is easyer to correct start off using just a little in the water n then crank it up when you see how they respond just use your head, liltle bitt of commen sense n it be fine

dont go with that 4 cfl lamp holder thing, ya want as much of the plants actually under and as close to the lights, ya want the plant(s) surrounded by light 2x 125w is good obv higher is good too what im trying to get at is one light in the middle wont cut it, lots of smaller ones or like two...

yeah i never rated there cfls ever since they stopped selling mg envirolights, the will make good on the warrenty though. not quite in nottingham but a good shop non the less go there all the time
