Not sure how the LED will work but I don't see a problem with that. There are some really knowledgeable LED guy's on RIU, try track them down. Why don't you use CFL's with the HPS? Although you would only be able to use 24w cfl's the 85w are really big globes, so scrap that.;)

I hear ya mate, it's really something growing weed, and I agree go for as much light as you can. It can get tedious adjusting shit all the time though. I have to build up my grow space slowly, cash flow and availability of products in my country limits what I can do, but I am happy I did it this...

Yeah I reckon tone it down a little, maybe 400w or 600w but defiantly a cool tube, will a cool tube fit in such a small tent? Mate the problem with ventilation is that if the outside air is warm it's not really going to help, unless you use an a/c, well that's my logic anyway.

If you could use a 1000w in there you would have to control the temp, not sure if it's worth it, my tent warms up just using CFL's so who knows how warm it will get, I bet pretty warm. Mate I reckon you over thinking this for your first grow, take your time, get a tent some light's then take it...

From the stuff I have read, tap water has chlorine in it (I think it's chlorine), do you let it stand for a day or two before using it? As for nutes, my country has different brands to yours so I am always lost when people talk about nute's, I just use a gro, micro and bloom al mixed together...
