Running an AC is going to cost alot more. ust run the 6" you got. Its loud because it's moving soo much air. Use the carbon filter you got, or buy one with the matching cfm. Will save you money in the long run w/o running an AC unit.

Those are Compact T5's. Still T5's. And no they do not produce as much heat as a 8 bulb t5. Prob not even as much as a 2ft 4 bulb..

Well in soil, you want to know your Soil runoff. So if your putting in 6.8 water, but the runoff is at 6.0, then you need to up the Ph of the water. I water with 7.4 ph and runoff is right at 6.7 everytime..

definately need a higher CFM fan. That 4" is prob around 200CFM. Get a 6" or even 8" anywhere from 400-600 CFM. Your fan doesn't have enough airflow to cool.

Yes, you can run however many you want. I have my 4 bulb and I can run anywhere from 1 - all 4 bulbs. Just simply turn it off, take the # of bulbs out and turn back on.

Will have to check into those, Though I still have a full bag of GH rooters..

I would go rockwool. Just make sure you don't overwater
