For the T12's If your going to spend the money on the bulbs, you might as well run T5's. But I can see where your coming from. I believe there around the same price. T5 or T12. Maybe a little cheaper

So a 200w CFL. CFl's produce little to no heat. Get that bulb anywhere from 2-4 inches from the tops of your plants and this will reduce stretching.

You should have got a Tracking number from Attitude?? I think it's from Royal Mail? just use that tracking number for your post office. Don't know what they use in canada but it would be USPS here
