well i think the poster is refering to shock ripening. (cold water and darkness anywhere from 2 to 7 days)...Though I personally know many caretakers who swear by the process of shock ripening, IMO the only way to get a big bad ass plant is to just grow one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like the guy before me...
