Whats a flow cooker? I honestly never heard of it...im leaning towards no just bc i know that not all pressure cooker work for sterilization of brf jars you need 15psi for 60/90 mins some people say that 10psi for longer will work and im sure it does in some situations but the way the pc works...

You can get everything you need from Walmart and if you dont have a pressure cooker you can also sterilize it in the microwave... you can also order one if you choose... you just inject 2cc/5cc spore solution into lc and after 3 or 4 days the mycelium will grow then you can shake it up and use...

Next time use the spores to make a liquid culture then inoculate with that... spores take alot longer to colonize and they also tend to be much more prone to contamination imo...
