Can I use flow cooker to sterlise pf tek cake

Whats a flow cooker? I honestly never heard of it...im leaning towards no just bc i know that not all pressure cooker work for sterilization of brf jars you need 15psi for 60/90 mins some people say that 10psi for longer will work and im sure it does in some situations but the way the pc works is higher pressure = higher temperature otherwise youd never get anything higher than 212f with the pressure...expirment with uncle bens tek
