You dont have much time for recovery from topping, and like I said previously it would be might tough to bend that plant at a 90° at this point, unless you start on the very top and give it another couple weeks with LST. Look up "scrog"... I think it will work better for you in your situation...

Dont put tinfoil on the walls. Use white mylar or just paint the walls flat white. Its more reflective and doesnt have all the wrinkles that can cause hot spots on the plant. As for lighting, 2x600w HPS wont fill an entire 8x8. You could maybe split the room so you have a veg space and a flower...

With the age of your plant, it's likely not this damaged from deficiency. What soil is your plant in, what nutrients have you used, what type of light do you have and at what distance?

Dont mist your plants.. that's likely the cause of the burnt spot/discoloration. Also, be sure your letting the pots dry completely between waterings.
