That IMO is wrong, different strains show different signs they are done. for example if a plant has orange calyx many assume its done, when many strains put out orange calyx at 3-4 weeks, a scope and trich colour is the only real way, i agree you could be close, but trich colour tells the...

you may not be a photographer but you sure grow nice plants, get a scope and read about trich colours,

dont cut it, it will be useless, if you feel brave and have a steady hand you need to replant that seedling and bury all that stem and leave the leafs about 1 inch above the soil. you do need more light or your gonna stretch again and again.

For sure, its often the case but not 100%, i alwayts wait for visual proof.

yeah im getting confussed, i was replying to a post that said flowering began immeadatly when in 12 12 and it didnt matter if they were mature or not. this is not true, if you start a seed in 12-12 it will only flower when it reaches maturity. that all im saying

im not saying that flowering doesnt happen before you see it, it certainly does, but flowering doesnt begin before sexual maturity.

Well i have done plenty of "experimenting" and the plant under 12-12 continues to grow until sexual maturity is reached and then begins the flowering process. so i guess we disagree.
