Green Dragon is a type of drink you can make by soaking buds and/or other plant matter in a bottle of vodka for a month or so. THC is fat and alcohol soluble so it extracts the thc just like when you made cannabutter. Now personally I think its a waste as id rather make hash or cook with sugar...
