Should I call it quits on this one?

No it’s pretty terrible looking and as I sit here and look at pics from last week I’m wondering if I missed some signs the plant was sending me..damn this took the plant over really fast If anything, I’d like to keep it and then pull extracts from whatever harvest she gives

Should I call it quits on this one?

Damn. It continues to frost up by the day so it’s gonna be tough pulling the plug on this one. She’s surrounded by 3 other healthy plants of the same age. Will damage be done to the other 3 if I let this one continue to harvest?

Should I call it quits on this one?

I’m guessing I went a little too heavy with the bloom food and burnt my northern lights auto. At around day 60 of life. Despite the heavy browning of leaves it’s still producing trichomes and seems to be maturing. Is there something else going on here? Late stage root rot? Thanks

How big of an impact is this going to have?

Think I’m going to wait another week to begin training. Stem doesn’t seem as firm in the soil compared to the week older plant next to it

How big of an impact is this going to have?

I like the added UV under 400nm. Lots of published research coming out regarding UV exposure from seedling

How big of an impact is this going to have?

I wouldn’t say it was bad advice per say. You can’t speak from your experience and compare it to others factually when there’s a million different variables that differ from grower A to grower B. I should have been more specific I guess. This is the led spectrum I’m vegging under. I’m...

How big of an impact is this going to have?

I was given advice to learn to grow and make mistakes on autos and then after a few runs switch to photos. Not sure if that was good advice but I followed it and ordered a bunch of fast buds seeds. Well see how they turn out. And I’m noticing how closely spaced the nodes are and bending it...

How big of an impact is this going to have?

With the above being said, would it be a bad idea to remove the other remaining leaf as well?

How big of an impact is this going to have?

You are correct in pointing out my mistake. Def the start of new branches not pre flowers. Thanks for the clarification So out of the 4 autoflowers I have going this one will be the girl to get training. I want to leave the other 3 alone for the sake of it being my first grow Any...

How big of an impact is this going to have?

Relief...thanks guys...seeing 2 pre flowers ripped off as well really got me going. Any particular reason why some would choose to remove those lower leaves even though they have pre flowers?

How big of an impact is this going to have?

I’ve been battling hight temps in the tent recently so decided to add an additional fan up top to push some air outside of the tent. Out of sheer laziness, I only removed the first row of plant so I can step my foot in. While feeding the power cord through one of the holes, it fell out and drop...

    Wondering what this could be

Ah no bueno! Temps today have been creeping in the low to mid 80’s today. Humidity is at 49%. The tents been moved to an upstairs room while a water heater gets replaced in the basement. Looks like it’ll be going back down to the basement tomorrow morning

    Wondering what this could be

Hello all I’m about a week or so into veg on this autoflower. It’s inside In a tent under led strips. Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? The leaves on certain spots are curling in. Heat stress or not enough water? I haven’t begun feeding them yet so it’s not nute burn. Is this the...

What’s going on here? First time

I’ll stop at the nearby shop tomorrow and grab something for pest control. Any recommendations? And yes this is outdoors. I’ve just been watering it when the soil looks dry and it’s been exploding with growth and actually turned out to be a female

What’s going on here? First time

This problem has prevented itself over the past week or so. I recently moved them to a permanent area a little deeper into the woods brush. I scored some gorilla glue, found a few healthy looking seeds and here we are now. I’ve done nothing but water them with tap water, no ph checking, no...

LED strip spacing for seedling/early veg

Correct! I am using cutters new 99cri strips. Very impressive spectrum and overall an extremely impressive company. Im surprised it took me so long to come across these guys, maybe being in Australia contributed. But I’m looking forward to giving these a try and hopefully expanding use on them...

LED strip spacing for seedling/early veg

I don’t have a lux meter. I’ll look into this especially if it’s something I can do with the phone. I’m also still waiting on the driver to arrive. Can’t to wait to get going

LED strip spacing for seedling/early veg

Yea my bad I’m sure I diddnt explain things properly. I’m using this light to start the seedlings. And then when they show strength and resilience I will take that light out and replace it with the original cob light I built that’s around a 260w unit. A little over powered but it’s dimmable...

LED strip spacing for seedling/early veg

So this is my first run at things and it’s gonna be done in a 2x2.5 tent. A full run veg-flower using autoflowers. The light will be hung off of that heat sink I just need to decide how far to space the led strips apart. It’s a quantum board hear sink so it’ll be hung with a ratchet strap and...

    Which approach do you take??

Thank for all the input, everyone it’s beyond appreciated. So the reason behind my thoughts of putting the seeds directly into the 5 gallon(5gallon tall fabric) bucket is due to many peoples advice of since I’m growing auto flowers, they are much more susceptible to transplant stress and have...
