Opinions on this? I think I might need to be in the micro grow category. Keep in mind that her stretch was in total darkness due to me leaving town for an emergency. She is currently as you see in the pics.

Strangely enough the nub had light and soil that held water. The other one was only watered before I went out of town and was in total darkness along with a cacti desert type of medium.

Yes it is a light designed to grow coral in an aquarium. It can give you a sunburn. I grew some mega awesome cacti with the same light too. I figured I might get the same results. How can I securely upload photos?

Ill name my babies 1 and 2: My first try and I think I've already screwed up. I had two seeds. I ended up having to leave for 3 days right after they cracked. Before I left I put 1 in a small pot in a regular room with window light and 2 was in a dark room. It was that or lose them both...

If for some reason you are already using an ac/dc inverter look into boat bilge blowers. They are super cheap on ebay or from marine stores and usually come in 4-3" sizes in and out. 12vdc usually though.

My original post needs admin review first but using the radioshack ac/dc adapter will allow you to run several fans without an issue. You can probably run 4 120mm fans on it with no issues. I went there and just got the biggest 12vdc output one they had. Has run on my cacti farm for about 6...

Easiest thing to do is go to Radio Shack and buy an ac/dc adapter and hard wire it. Basically the block plug thing than many devices need. They sell a generic one there for about $10. One polarity is suck and one is blow. Simple. Look at my post linked below to see what I did with a PC fan...

I just saw another post about smaller plants. I'm assuming I would have to buy those Low Ryder seeds or pure Indica seeds to get the low profile plants. If this is a correct assumption should I even bother with bag seeds? I'm thinking I should still probably try the bag seeds first to see if...

The more I read on this site the more I realize how large the plants are when you actually have good bud. Is it possible to grow smaller plants with nice buds? I'm not sure I want 4 foot plants in my home.
