You're still going to harvest at the same time but your yields will probably be less because of the lack of fertilizer (unless you have some really incredible soil).

The only way to tell for sure is to look at the trichs. If at least 25% are cloudy then you can harvest, however some people like to wait until they see 50% cloudy and some turning amber. Most sativa strains will be ready within 10 weeks.

CFL's take longer, but 16 weeks is a hell of a long time but without knowing the strain. Based on what you said about the tichs it seems like you could have harvested a few weeks ago. Some sativas take up to 16 weeks while some indicas finish flowering in 6 or 7.

What's your intake situation? Is there a window or duct that used to be open and is now closed? If there's no way for new air to get in then that could also reduce the effectiveness of your exhaust fan and raise your temps.

Those are some very nice and healthy looking plants. Good work, especially for a first grow. I'd say you're getting close. Do you know when you switched to 12/12? What strain is it? For Indica's you usually want to go 8 weeks, 9 or more for Sativas.
