You cant overwater a proper hempy bucket. You are either underwatering them or feeding them too much. The seedling will be fine with straight tap water for the first couple of weeks. Once they get a good root mass and a few leaves on them, then push them with the nutes.

Your plants will survive without nutes fine. Dont give them nutes until you think the root system is well established. First time you give nutes, give at a quarter strength. Wait a couple waterings without nutes, then try half strength, and repeat until you are at full strength.

Its probably REALLY not a good idea to do 2 plants in one pot. The rule is 1 plant per pot.

Just throw up a little divider between the flowering and vegging plants. The flowering plants probably dont need 100% darkness to stay in veg, as long as its HEAVILY shaded, they should be fine. Either that or just cover the plants with a tarp or rubbermade depending on size for 12 hrs a day.
