Thats Great thanks alot just what i was looking for, so you would recommend getting a 400w hps ?? if so where would you purchase from rather go to a known wholesaler, also could i use the hps through the whole cycle as well as cfl vertical so the plant is not just getting light from above...

Just purchased some california skunk seeds, also a grow tent by growlife, 60x60x120, just wondering if 4 x 20w cfl hanging down vertical down either side of the plants, and one dual spectrum 300w cfl with reflector hanging horizontally down on to the plant would be enough for the whole cycle...
