Where are the best places to buy CFL lights and fixtures on line?

Some one has offered me a never used, with no light "missing" 4 plant hydroponics unit. I know nothing about it. Whats the best book or even better DVD on the subject? I know there are good threads here but they are al over the place. I need something a little more condenced and all together...

Ok so this is what I figure, if I get a 4 foot 4 bulb T5HO fixture and get as close as I can to 6000K bulbs I should be all set?

I've gotten my self confused. I'll most likely be going with lights, either T5 or CFL. I can't remember what and where I read what color spectrum to use at what stages or if there is one I can use through the grow cycle.

I'll most likely start with 2 2bulb setups.
