I don't have cool tubes. Are they expensive?

I'm having problems keeping my room cool. My room is 12x12. I have 3 MH 1000watt lights. 675 cfm exhaust and 500cfm intake fan. 3 oscilating fans. But my room gets as high as 85 F. Any ideas anyone.

My tempature in my room is 18C' (64.5 F) and when light are off and 23C (73.5 F) when light on. Is this OK

Has anyone used DNF Products? And if so I got the feeding scedule off there site. What I want to know is do I put the two part food in the water everytime I give my plants water. Or do I give it to them once a week.
