You should start flushing for about two weeks before harvest. Clean her roots up and make her taste yummy :D

Ive seen in other threads that clear pots are not the best, i dont know if you are really gonna use those, but if you do it would be best to cover them up with paper or duct tape or something (roots dont like light). Nice grow box btw, so sick. Well thought.
