Two 400w HPS lights is more than enough lumens to make fat buds, the lights are not your problem.

Man lower branches always give popcorn, if you use the lollypopping technique you will just get one big fat cola or cola's depending if you have topped your plant. I cut away all the lower branches of plants the first week into flower, this causes the plant to direct its energy to the tops...

Yea, when the plants are in Vege they have a hint of weed smell but they just smell like fresh plant for the most part.

If this plant was this big when you first put it out at the start of spring, you could probably achieve quite a large yield. But still no 12 pounds, that is just rediculous. I have seen plants that yield 5-6 pounds per plant grown in Spain and they are massive, I dont think you can achieve much...

I havent decided yet how big of pots I wanna transplant to. I know that once I cant put my 3 ladies in a triangle I'll probably need more light, so I'll see. The only reason I ask is cuase I hear that your pot should be a foot deep for every foot your plant is. My plants are about the same...
