    Organic Growers: Breed or Cloning?

You need to kiss. Cut clones with as large of an angle as possible and try to get a node close. Put them in a cup of water and change every other day and soon you will have roots. I would bet on it.

    Gro-Kashi & Gage Green Probiotics

http://www.hawaiihealingtree.org/how-to-make-your-own-em-1-inoculant-and-bokashi/ This is basically em-1. It is a airborne lactic acid microbe that you isolate using milk. A lactic acid bacteria breaks down sugars really fast. You can use it to break down old leaves or to speed up the breakdown...

Recycled Organic Living Soil (ROLS) and No Till Thread

Yeah I didn't go much into detail. I would run the ozone in a room with the plant to kill the mold and the spores. The h2o2 is a great idea too. I would run it until you know there is a good bit of ozone then let it sit 10 mins and air it out. You can do that as many times as you want but...

Recycled Organic Living Soil (ROLS) and No Till Thread

I would take them if they are great pheno's or you like the smoke. I don't like to promote ozone and I don't like ozone but it kills mold spores instantly by oxidizing. Some things I just have to do for my grow room. I keep my room in perfect VPD but when I foliar in flower I run ozone after to...

    Organic Growers: Breed or Cloning?

I would just like to say I have always got at least one clone by taking a cut, soaking in tap water for half a day, pulling it out of the water to put aloe on it then back in the water. It helps to change the water every other day but everyday is a little too much. I get at least one clone in 2...

You can't go wrong with shredded cardboard. I bought a paper shredder for 50 bucks huge 20 paper one and I shred cardboard. No lime, no anything except leftovers. The compost comes out dark and the worms reproduce quick when I strain

How long does your super soil last?

As long as your aeration components are not degradable and you constantly add more compost you can keep a pot going for a long time. I have 4 35 gal pots going on a year and 2 harvests. And they are growing plants as we speak on the third round.

It must be me and my smaller 35 gal pots but I always have to add more calcium. Kelp just doesn't always cut it for me.

Vermicomposters Unite! Official Worm Farmers Thread

If you don't want to destroy the pots you can scatter the holes and make them much smaller since worms are really small. 1/2 inch holes should do it and 1inch would be more than enough. Then you can use the pots later and they wont fall apart on you now. And dumping the castings wont be as...

Vermicomposters Unite! Official Worm Farmers Thread

Yeah if you want you can crush them up to give more surface area but it will still take a while to break down. It really acts as aeration until it becomes small enough to be ingested by worms. Letting it cook would be a good way to break it down further but putting it in a true living no till...

I hardly sift well. As the castings sit they break down the matter even further until you use it. When I topdress you can see chunks of crab shell and egg shells and they just get buried over time of worms rooting around. Your castings look great

Recycled Organic Living Soil (ROLS) and No Till Thread

I use 33% peat, compost, and turface clay/kittie litter. The soil seriously compacts but the pots are so full of worms the plants don't seem to mind. I just think about out how compact some soils are outdoors, if I can push my finger through then it should be no problem for the plants.
