    389 for Jack Herer, wtf?

One problem with "fake" jack , as well as other strains, is simple. Strain A gets well deserved reviews. Unscrupulous "breeders" aquire seeds from original breeder. They make seeds from these seeds and sell as "strain A". Grower buys "fake" and gets mediocore pot a best. Real jack comes from...

Interesting dwc bagseed grow: Juicy pink 2nd week flowering

It is inappropriate to request seeds or clones here. It changes the tone to one that could look incriminating as opposed to informative. That said, very nice plant. Don't go beating yourself around trying to produce a finished product like that budpic. Good luck, but that's one in a million...

    Humidity Control

Um, no don't check into a humidifier unless your plants are showing signs of stress. That is a fine level unless you are trying to root clones or grow very young seedlings. In this situation, I would always use covered trays as opposed to humidifying the entire growspace.

Wilted Clones in Rapid Rooters w/Pics

and no they don't have to be in water as they pop, but if the environment is not wet or humid they may go brown and wilt which will stress them.

Wilted Clones in Rapid Rooters w/Pics

obviously the above method works well for norcal, and I'm not knocking his methods, but I think some of his statements are definitive when they are based in anecdote. There are lots of ways to clone pot. I prefer to not have water standing, as it limits oxygen IMO within the plug. I get 100%...

    Public Water & Chlorine Question...

Problematicaly, only catalytic carbon filtration, chemicals ( sodium thiosulphate), or deionization will remove chloramines. Chloramines will not dissipate in three days no matter how much aeration you can muster at home. More like three months. Chloramines are very stable and are used in...

    how important is pitchblack darkness

And those same plants also get unrivaled intensity from natures hid, the sun. Compare the difference between full sun and full moon to that between lights on and lights off. Don't expect plants in an unnatural environment to behave naturally.

    Wow fuck

Well to be safe, remove everything ilegal for 90-180 days. Put houseplants/herbs/veggies in those pots and get em up and running. Loan your buddy your scale and wait a while. Most cable/utility companies offer financial incentive to turn in growers. When I worked at a baby bell mid 90's, it was...

    25-35% humidity on sprouts.

I use soda bottle humidomes on each seedling in situations like this. Cheap and easy . If out have more than 25 sprouts I'd go with a few covered trays. You want a more humid environment for tender sprouts.

Any here rented a shop and grew in it?

many people successfully reuse soil. Especially organic growers. I personally have yet to dump any toxins or chemicals down a drain I in my yard since going organic. It is true it takes space to properly rcycle soil, by it a worthwile.

    400w closet organic s.c.r.o.g. - Jack Herer & Unknown

I monitor leaf temps with an infrared thermometer. I see stretching at around 85-86 and aim lower. The clones root into this soil over a couple weeks, and they are kept at the same distance from the light by setting them on squares of the r-matte. as they come of the squares and sit on the shelf...

    400w closet organic s.c.r.o.g. - Jack Herer & Unknown

Above the light trap is a similarly sized box, attached to the roof of the grow, which is actually the closet shelf. On the side of this box facing the center, a 6" and 4" hole are cut. Inside this box, the 140 cfm fan sits connected to a 4" duct running out the 4" hole, and connects to my...

    400w closet organic s.c.r.o.g. - Jack Herer & Unknown

On the light trap sits a 6" recirculating fan blowing over the screen. Using this ventilation system, my temps climbed higher than I wanted. It also pumped all the hot air into my bedroom. I had to do something else, and I went with the HID in a vented hood. I figured a more direct suction of...
