What is FFOF? Ive been reading these threads for a month or so but never seen that abbreviation.

By run off you mean. wet until the water goes all the way through the soil and out the drain holes? sorry i have alot of money invested to kill my plant and im trying my best to have a nice grow. and i appreciate the advice from you and edgreyfox

What would you consider over watering and thank you for the info about perlite. i have a sprayer and i just lightly mist the top soil and plant 2 times a day with no ferts in the water yet.

Also i germinated 6 white widow seeds. I let them get from a quarter inch to a half inch long and planted them in the miracle grow potting soil. 2 sprouted and the rest seem like they are having trouble coming up. I have read that soil with time release nutes sometime will destroy the plant...
