Eat the whole 8th, stems and caps. I am not sure why but I notice different trips when I eat them seperate, the cap is more trippy, and the stem is more body high. I like to mix em with a little more cap then stem.

My experience with 2ci(e?) was like a mixture of thizzin (ecstasy) and frying on acid. It only lasted 2 hours or so, I would rather just take LSA or LSD straight.
