See, it takes time to re-veg like that, and I'd expect to get less yield as Landragon was sayin. I think the way to go is taking clones. Once they root u can grow basically a new plant, veg it normally, flower, and harvest again!

It depends on how much ur being charged for kw/h. My bill went up like $15 or $20, nothin major. There's a chart that'll get u an idea of how much power HID's use but I don't have a link:-(. Maybe someone else'll know where to find it, would like to know myself.

Check out htgsupply.com, they got complete kits to get u goin. HID's don't really cost that much to run, but it depends on what they charge per kw in ur area. My 400w hps costs like 15bucks a month to run, which problyisn't far off from what it would cost to run all those cfls.

Regardless of weather its 'equivilent watts,' u've got the color temps right on the bulbs for flowering and veg, if anything u can always add more lights if they're needed, especially during flowering, don't skimp on the lights come flowering time. I say go for it, u got plenty of light to get...

I suppose it could work.thosecontainers are clear which could let light to the roots, just as a precaution, maybe get some black tape and wrap em up, and maybe trim off the top of em so u can put those fluro's closer. Did u put drain holes in them? And have u done ur homework on the subjuct?

I like to start em out on a 24/7 schedule just to get em started, then i work em down to 18/6. Again, personal preference is what it comes down to imo.

I disagree with the elongated plant statement,with proper light placement this should not be an issue. I normally do it just for the power bill, plus those fans and ac gotta rest sometime.....This is what I get with an 18/6 schedule everytime, doesn't look 'elongated' to me What it comes...
