Umm i dont think they make anything more then a 28w. Well the 28w is equal to a 100w bulb. is that what you mean?

Thanks for the link it really helped. I just thought halogen lights were better because people were talking about them and automatically thought they were better then cfl.

So are halogen lights better then cfl lights? also what time of halogen? like the ones from walmart that you can plug in to a lamp socket? I need some info on this.

i couldnt really find a 64w cfl with full spectrum instead i got 2 28 watt bulbs. is that cool?
