Yeah they are looking good man especially with not too many CFLs, im Running a 15 bulb 450 actual watt CFL set up and im getting pretty good penetration. Try adding 1 or 2 200 or 300 watt 2700k bulbs to it, it will instantly give ya about 5,000 additional lumens.

Wow wyour getting some grest results with only 55watts. Im running 450 watts of cfl and mine aernt too much bigger. You may want to switch to 2700k ( warm light) bulbs for flowering and or mix them. And yeah im adding a magnetized light socket to each end allowing additonal light for the buds, but yeah a track that could be raised and lowered would work great.

240 V is def more efficient, its been proven over and over. I have even switched a 450 plus watt CFL BOX and converted the entire thing to 240 works out great.

You could consider putting severel cpu fans or even a small high velocity fan at the top for exhaust ( as heat rises) this additional fan will allow alot of negative air pressure so like what was mentioned aboge you can use passive intakes. I ran into a similar problem running 450 watts of cfl...
