4-6 inches away from the 4 day old plants; with a 150 watt HPS? Doesn't that seem a bit much on the ladies just yet? I would think a foot+...test the different heats at different level (since it's adjustable) and see what they can handle. You don't wanna go roasting those babies....no?

Ok, so since four of out the five of my G-O-M'S died; I scrapped the idea of the, 5-4.3 inch pots in my tiny ass space, and decided to go with my original plan of two plants in 7.5 inch pots that stand 9 inches tall. That leaves me 12-14 inches for height, but I mean, these 4.3" pots are only 4...

I'm also growing this for my first time; the info says 8 weeks from seed,2 weeks-veg, 6 weeks to flower. I would go by trichs like every other plant though, auto or not.

unfortunately, Only one out of the three above soil survived the drought, but she sure does look happy. She has two sisters waiting to break soil; this one, and the two before her only took 3 days to break throug. These two are on their 5th; I'm not sure they'll sprout, but I'll give them a few...

Thanks for the info on your grow, it helped me look at my ladies in a new way. I just want one to survive; I'll put a new order in this week. Either some blue himilaya or...I don't know. Update: still no sign on the germinating seeds, but dusty made it another day.

I'm still waiting on the other to break soil; both of them are four days under (also dried out for a few hours, but have since been watered and covered with saran wrap) I'll update the next time something exciting happens, I hope it will be a positive report.

So this is what I ended up with; I still can't get the effing humidity above 30% temps 76-80 but that's with all three lights in,I just took out two of the cfls like you said and haven't takin' a reading.. I trashed the 2 dead ones. As you can see, I tried to see what the one with the seed...

It was only dried out for a few hours,so I added some water and threw them back in there. I set a little glass of water to the side of everything like you suggested and a damp hand towel as well. my humidifier is actually bigger than the size of my box, so that wont work.I'm testing the new...

72* F- I'm pretty sure the two are down for the count but I'm not ready to throw them out lol and no one's told me if they can come back or not,so there they sit next to their unsprouted sisters.

Thanks- I backed them off to 4.5 inches from the lights. I turned off the fans on the inside to keep the moisture in; Seems to be working. I didn't think such little fans would dry out the box so fast. Anyone have an ideas on the survivability of the two that keeled over?

In fear of over watering I sprayed the tops....figuring gravity would take over after..taking the water down..and yes,I spray every couple hours like I said, So....humidity has to be 0. keep a wet towel in there or...? It's been a few hours,ill take some updated pics.
