having trouble posting pics. i'm using 3 40W grow lites (my father's from many years back). you think this could be my problem?

My seeds germinated real quick, then sprouted in just a couple days. Now they seem to be taking their sweet time. In the last 3 days they've barely grown at all. Is this normal? Am I just being impatient? Or is this a sign that something isn't working?

my humidity guage is reading roughly 48% . I've read it should be somewhere between 50-60%. What are some simple ways of increasing humidity? Also, how would I decrease the humidity should the need arive?

i just bought a 4" carbon filter and a 25W fan. my grow space is 1.5' by 8' to the cieling (closet size). my babies are about an inch tall. when should i start with the carbon filter and the fan (heat doesn't seem to be an issue yet - thermo reads 78 degrees, humid 52%). thanks!

what's the best way to control smell? Carbon filter? Also, do i need a fan going and when should it be running?

If i use a pro-mix (got it at the local flower shop) do i need to add fertilizer on top of that? what about when I transfer over to soil?
