Looks like a transpiration issue to me. What's your humidity? I see a little humidifier but if your intaking dry air your humidity will never increase unless the air your drawing in has higher humidity.

Tilt them back when filling so the air pocket is close to the spout (just put something under the front of them like 2x4 when filling to make it easy. Put the cap on part way so that you can still squeeze the sides and force the air out then finish tightening.
