Thanks for the advice guys. Its my first attempt at a grow well second i killed the first plants with heat. But sorted that problem now I've reduced the heat but i had to raise the light by about 25cm to do so. You think that'll be a problem?

Oh if it helps my grow room is 0.6m x 0.84m x 2m with a Philips SWF230 floodlight running a 150w SON-T Master PIA lamp mounted approx 0.75 m above the top of my pots. I have a fan circulating air. Air temp around my plants is between 68 - 85 but can go up to 87 - 89.

My autoflowering plant has sprouted (this is the 4th day) but the seed casing hasn't been shed. Just wondering if this is normal,
