    I've only done 1 outdoor grow but was a load of shite, never harvested anything but learn a lot...was photo period plants too so that's why I'm thinking autos would be better.. Not to sure on the location as of yet....but if I find a nice place but the soil isn't the best then I might use those...

    yeah, using it for growing, well vegging anyway... he mentioned he couldn't afford a ballast and bulb.. So that's how he came across these... Is this the end for ballasts as we know it..?

    Why not scrog it too... I have a pc somewhere of one done.. it was awesome.. You'll need air exchange mate, plants leafs will get blocked from no fresh air, bit like us when we get a cold... I just have the fans on during lighting as im in a shed too doing 12/12, I personally wouldnt use...
