How is HC providing the LP's with surplus medicine from the previous regulations when most of the LP's have closed registration in regards to "supply shortage".

$9.5 a gram seems to be the highest I have come across in my scaverging for information from the LP's. the range is typically from $5-$8 per gram. That being said, it looks like a lot more companies are being approved by HC. Perhaps the competition between LP's will cause them to regulate...

That's a fair point. It is really going to come down to getting multiple prescriptions for short periods of time with the LP's in order to figure out which one is superior than the rest. Can't trust what any of them say otherwise.

Out of all the applications sent, HC would not have licensed them if the proposed set up were not up to their standards. Still, that doesn't assume their produce will be good. I'd be curious of a review once they start shipping the medicine to patients.
