put your lights A LOT closer to your plants, especially if youre growing with CFLs. (like 3-4 inches) fill your pots up to the top with soil to keep the stem straight.

the one on the right is the one with the problem. you can also see the small leaves turning yellow.

thanks for the advice. im using a medium sized cabinet(just for a few weeks). i just turned on the humidifier next to the plants so we will wait and see. also, the plant's first "leaves" (the ones that hold nutrients for early life) are turning yellow. should i start adding nutrients?

i bought mine from nirvana-shop. they sent it stealth, but it took awhile, about 2 weeks

about a week since the seeds germinated and were planted in soil/perlite mix and under 4 100w equivalent CFLs the 2 large leaves seem to fold upwards, with its leaf tips pointing towards the light, but not to that extent. is this normal?
