Creating a canopy or scrogging is the way towards creating great yields......... The more bud sites the better!....
Thru my experience I have found that pruning all the useless branches away is really really good for the plant and for Yield......

Hey Missnu......... I did have some gnats but they are gone........ I think the flecks are actually
deficiencies....
I think its from having the PH too high for COCO.....
My first grow I had whitefly! They were well annoying!
My second grow I had Gnats! They were annoying too...
..... I have got some Canna COCO but using HESI nutes! I used Canna soil nutes with my soil grows and I wasn't very impressed... so have switched to HESI brand for my coco grow!....
Today I am going to arrange my CFLS so that they do the first 6 hours and then the HPS does the next 12 hours...
I think flushing is a good idea.......
and
Curing slowly is a good idea..............
Flushing I think Helps in getting rid of unwanted nasty tasting chemicals etc.......
and Curing Slowly Helps the weed smell good rather that a quick cure that makes it smell like HAY!..........

Long slim leaves could mean its a Sativa
and Shorter Fatter Leaves could mean its an Indica.....
Sativas usually grow taller....... While Indicas tend to be...

.... with my first grow... I had the same issues.... the plants were really small even after 2 months....
then I switched from CFLS to a 600W HPS light.....
WOW those babies Started to GROW!

These Ladies are actually 13 weeks old now..... they have been around a while........ LOL.........
Still having problems with deficiencies..... They ALL seem to be affected except the EL NINO ...... I definitely want to grow EL NINO...
