your pH is too high and is locking out nutes. You need to get it down to around 6.0 to 6.2 for soil, I believe. I am talking run off pH of course...

I'd recommend buying a bottle of bug assassin and spraying your plants and soil with it until they are gone. It's a non-chemical bug spay and works very well.

If this is a hydro grow then going above a pH of 6.0 is a problem and can be locking out your nutes. You really don't want to go above 5.8, and yes, that .2 difference does matter. :-) I keep my girls between 5.3 and 5.6. That's where they seem to thrive...And NEVER above 5.8. Just a...

I'm not sure if any one else mentioned this, but BUG ASSASSIN is this shit. It kills mites dead! Eggs too. And it's relatively cheap and should be available at your local grow store.

Can you get a close of the buds? This just may be the way your fan leaves respond when flowering. The buds are using up the available nutes and saying, "F U fan leaves...You don't get shit!" :-) have you grown this strain before without this issue?

Looks like you might have a pH fluctuation issue. have you been monitoring your pH or making changes to it often?

It's possibly and Mg deficiency. The nugs look good, but I see what you're saying. the fan leaves are a little spotty...
