Looks like a good start. I can't really see exactly how you have it pinned down, but just keep bending it back down once it shoots up for the light. I actually just started bending my girls today, it's the most enjoyable part i think :eyesmoke:

I actually don't top! I just keep bending them around the pots. I personally haven't tried it topping because bending works so well without any major stress :eyesmoke:
