i have the same light 150 hps when you took the bulb out of the reflector did u just use the bulb or did you add another reflector

don't pinch it to hard just enough to make it bend over not break

I usually pinch the top of the stem just under the new growth couple inches just pinch stem and you will feel it pop and the top should bend over a little bit
