question if im trying to flower and my temps are say 84 86F would this make it tke longer for plants to show sex or start flowring

okay im pretty sure what i did fixed my heat problem i cut a hole in the bak shoved my fan in there and made a little/large intake here are the temps now

are my temps too high and hows my humidity?

my first grow i did in the corner of my room with a blanket covering it at night and i managed to get buds not the best shit but i've learned alot on here and my second grow is on its way and will be 10000x better
