I disagree with the humidity part of your post strongly. A fan just moves the air it doesnt dehumidify.

Surprised you have been bombed with comments form people that have never grown 12/12 from seed telling you how its a waste of time and makes small plants. I laugh when I hear that and then see my 40" lemons skunks plumping up fat as hell.
