I veg under T-5's. I usually don't have any problems with slow growth. The one time I did was due to overcrowding my veg area. I had 18 1 gallon plants under a 4 foot 8 bulb T-5 and it was tough to get good air circulation. I keep my clones under the T-5 til I'm ready to put them outdoors. I...
How do you keep those clones from flowering as soon as you put them out ???
I'm serious.. My plants are all from clones. I veg them indoors til they are the size I want and as soon as I put them outside they flower. I would like to grow a "tree" someday and I think the only way I could do it...
My hydro store is great. First name basis. They call me when they have sales. I share some buds with them once in awhile.. If I were doing something large scale things would be much different. But as long as I stay under what the state says I can grow I feel ok.. Guess that's one good thing...
I started my clones December 1st.. 35 cuttings. 100% success in my home made aerocloner. Put them into solo cups Dec 16th. New Years day I put 18 into one gallon pots and gave the rest to friends. Upcanned a few to 3 gallon pots and started putting them outside to flower the last week of...
I've got 12, too, in various stages of flowering.. I put the first ones out the last week of February. Gonna have my first harvest in April. I veg indoors, 18/6, til they are about 2 feet tall. I like to stick 3 outside every 30 days so I have a perpetual harvest til about November.
It very well could have been on your fingers. You could've been doing the job of the bees. lol
I agree with Hydro, let it finish.. A few seeds is not going to ruin your smoke. It's good to have a few seeds for the next grow..
I guess I need to hit the bowl cause I don't see the problem either... Cloning can be hit and miss.. That's why I use an aerocloner. 100 % evertime.. Even with all my fuckups !!
I have a home made aerocloner. My lights are on 18/6. I guess at that point you could consider it hydro. My clones are usually 4-5 inches high when I move them to soil. I usually put them into solo cups til they get a good root ball going. Then I move them to 1 gallon pots. That's when I start...
I flower my plants in 3 gallon pots. The pots are so full of roots it takes a while to get run off when I water them. I've never seen this as a bad thing. I don't think root bound is your problem. You probably switched to a low N nutrient that didn't meet the needs of your plant..
Like I said, first plants went out the last of February. My last harvest last year was early November.. Vegging indoors and flowering outside works great for me. When you go from 18 hours of light down to whatever the day is outside, that plant is going to sense the shorter day and start...
Fresno, I'm further south than you. Close to TJ. I veg indoors with t-5's at 18/6 til my plants are 2 feet high then I stick them outside. I try to put 3 plants outside every 30 days. 8 - 10 weeks I harvest. From then on I get a harvest every 30 days. This is my 3 rd year doing this and have...
I run my sprayers 1 min on and 5 mins off. I use a little Clonex in the water. Temps are close to yours. Never check the ph. Always 100% success. After they root I move them to solo cups of FFOF. From that point they get the same nutes I feed my big girls. I figure they are already use to that...
Veg indoors and then move them outside in pots.......
I veg til my plants are about 2 feet tall under 18/6 lighting. I like to LST them so I have about 7 or 8 branches sticking straight up. Once I put them outsdie in about 8 weeks they are ready for harvest. As you can see my grows are...
If you have plants that have been under 18/6 light they will flower any time you put them outside. They sense the shorter days and think it's the end of the season. I've seen 5 inch clones go straight to flower. This is my 3rd year of vegging indoors and flowering outside. I put my first plants...
