ok..well I haven't fed them in a while so I guess i'll back off on the nutes....I have no idea how to tell if they are over/under fed..I was tempted to start feeding them again because I never had a problem until I moved them to a new location...i'm wondering if the water at the new place is...
after 5 gallon transplant....some new foliage and they got taller, but there's still leaf tip burning and other issues...what should I do at this point?
I drilled 4 holes, about 1/2 inch on the bottom of the buckets..and 4 holes on the sides of the buckets...they should outflow pretty well...if they get back to health, I think I will flower...I just hope I can get them back..they are getting yellow and feel dry...
ok..I just transplanted them into 5 gallons...we'll see what happens..i think they might just be under-nourished due to the lack of space in the 1 gallon buckets...so we'll see what happens with 5 gallons with just water...if that doesn't work, I guess i'll go back to nutes...1 gallon of water...
yeah..I think I am going to stick to the same medium....up to this point, it has worked really good...i've watered them every 2 weeks-one gallon of water mixed with nutes per plant...i never had any problems until I moved them to a new location..maybe the water ph is not right, or the room is...
well I was told to never mix grow mediums...so I was planning on sticking with the MG soil...so should I just transplant them and continue watering without nutes?
where do I purchase this soil? I don't have any costco's in my area...is it a common product...home depot maybe?
how comes you only need to feed every three weeks..does the soil itself just retain nutrients well?
i usually pour enough water on top where it starts to fill up...i've been pouring a lot of water in to the point where the pot almost over flows...then I nkow the water will hit all parts of the soil around the plant..is this good or bad? then I let them drain out for 10 minutes or so..
a LACK of nitrogen? hmm..i'm confused now..haha..i thought they were burning becasue of too much nitrogen..I guess we will find out in a few days....and yeah, I should try to get them in bigger pots next week...what do you mean don't talk about your grow? isn't that what everyone is doing in here?
cool..good to know...i've kept the bulbs really close to the plants....i heard that if you do this, it will keep the plant short and bushy...I already did the flush so I guess we will see what happens...I'm going to eliminate the nutes for a while just water them when the soil dries...do you...
right now I am dumping a gallon of water into each and letting it drain thoroughly....figured i'd try to flush out any build-up....after I do this...what do you think I should do next watering?
ok...i just visited the girls....here's the soil i'm using....
