I go with the onset of flowering, when you get the mini tuft on the tops. Thats day 1 for me. I think it stops you from chopping early, like if you have a 8weeker they never realy finnish at 8 weeks so i go by the first few flowers just for that extra few days. You get me? im kinda rambling lol...

Swimming is great aswell, you use a lot of muscles plus you feel great and refreshed afterwords. I go to the local pool twice a week and do lengths till im bolloxed. As what tip top is sayin cycling is great! Find a nice scenic route .ie canals and lake roads.
