I am using Iguana Juice grow, bloom, sensizyme, carbo load, and nirvana. I am using this for one section of my grow room as an experiment. I doubt I will use them again but all of the stuff was free and I am not seeing any adverse effects at the moment.
Will this is my first go at it. A few of the strains are said to be nitrogen fixers and are good for the worms and keeping the top few inches of the soil moist. The worms enjoy when you cut it down to let it decompose also. I been using hay which has worked great. But I just like trying new things.
Here are the new cycle of plants in the veg area getting ready for the next cycle. This time I am using a living mulch. It is Roman Chamomile along with the 12 seed cover crop from BAS. Also here is another flowering cycle starting in 5 gallon smart pots under a 600w hps.
Here is day 48 since 12/12 flip. A random bud shot of each strain.

I had a bad of Ancient Forest that was 3 years old and half used. It was all types of goodies in it. I used it and it is turning out some great stuff with my soil mix.
I use BuildaSoil kits and I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. I add alfalfa meal to it because I feel it makes the nutrient profile a bit more diverse. Also my plants feed like crazy so I figured it wont hurt. By all means let your soil cook/compost for a couple weeks or so...
If really low on funds you can use Dyna Gro foliage pro start to finish. You have a ton of options to choose from. Telling what kind of soil are you using might help you get more through answers.
Sounds like a good thing. Will buying the container be cheaper than making a new batch of soil at your new place? It would make movement a lot easier though.
Maybe a few 200/300 gallon fabric pots might be less hassle for you. I'm sure it will be easier to access the soil that the container. Might even be a cheaper less and less time consuming route also. Then when you're ready to start back up you can plant right into them.
I have some chamomile I'm going to be trying soon per some of you all suggestions... Oan: Have anybody seen a correlation with the lighter the soil weight wise and plant growth being better? Versus the heavier mix.
Well after much observation, my soils are starting to fall on their face a bit. I can most certainly appreciate additions of things like comfrey and clover. After being in the pots for almost 100 days the plants are starting to blow through the soil nutrients I feel. I will also be running a...
Yeah I have some AN Jungle Juice but I am going to give them an EWC slurry first. One thing I noticed about the CC dosing I used with my amendments is that it was on the light side around 1-1.5 cups per CF. I think the next time I am going to put around 2 cups per CF of the CC mix I get from...
Oh my. Heck that is a great price. If they give any type of warranty they will be worth it. I will love to try a set for veg and another for flower. You remember the seller or will they just pop up with a simple search?
The bottom of the plants are about 2 feet from the vertical 1000w light. I have about 30 days left on these. The two are heavy feeders it seem. I think next time I will fill the 10 gallon pot all the way with soil. I will get an ewc tea going.
