I have a Feminized Aurora Indica plant that started to show sex at 4 weeks old, still on 18/6 cycle. LOL I never seen that before! That is the pic in my avatar, I scrogged it.:joint:

Milk crate! Right on! Looks like it might hold back some light, but should work just fine! I'm only working on my first Scrog, so you might want to wait for someone more experienced to comment. Good Idea though, I got a bunch of them around. Do you have a journal? I would like to see how this works.

Any day now! It usually takes about a week for the males to show a little longer for females. That has been my experience!:joint:

I use black gold organic potting mix as well, but I don't use nutes for the first three weeks at least, sometimes 4. And even then I mix it a 1/4 to 1/2 strength. Got any pics so I can see how bad it is? I would have to guess, but Yes, It probably will affect bud production. I definitely would...

They are looking real nice dude! When I grow traditionally I vegg for 5-6 weeks or to about 12 inches tall, then switch to 12/12. I have grown 3 foot plants before in a 3 gallon pot so you should be ok with what your in. After about the second week of 12/12 the roots growth slows down...
